Entrance criteria-  full or part time:

· An Individual who wants to attend

· The ability to meet the individuals                  needs

· Completed authorization from a referring   funding agency

             

 

Program Services:

WORK SERVICES

Individuals who are in this program are trained in pre-vocational, as well as vocational skill areas.  Each individual is given the opportunity of working on a variety of meaningful paid jobs everyday.

· Assembly Work

· Skill Building

· Packaging

· Computer destruction

 

 

SUPPORTIVE EMPLOYMENT   

 

Individuals who are in this program work at a community-based site and are paid on a piece-rated or deviated wage basis.  We offer a wide variety of choices to choose from.

 

· Lawn Maintenance Crew

· Mail Crew

· Parking Lot Maintenance Crew

· Recycling crew

 

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Individuals who are in this program work at an individual placement site in the community.  FWO works with the individual to develop an appropriate job and job coaching as needed.

· Follow Along Support

SENIOR ACTIVITIES

Any individual who is working at FWO over the age of 50 can participate in this program. Each individual is given the option of working or going out to a community based senior activity.  The program places emphasis on providing substantial choices for all participants.

· Interaction with local Seniors
