Individuals who are in this program are trained in pre-vocational, as well as vocational skill areas. Each individual is given the opportunity of working on a variety of meaningful paid jobs everyday.

Individuals who are in this program work at a community-based site and are paid on a piece-rated or deviated wage basis. We offer a wide variety of choices to choose from.

 

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

 

Hiring? Let us know what your needs are and we will select dependable workers based on those needs. There are no fees envolved and we provide job coaching & follow along to ensure excellence in training and your complete satisfaction.

Individuals who are in this program work at an individual placement site in the community. FWO works with the individual to develop an appropriate job and job coaching as needed.

Individual can choose to work on volunteer or paid crews. This provides them a greater sense of self worth by helping those less fortunate in their community.

SENIOR ACTIVITIES

 

Any individual who is working at FWO over the age of 50 can participate in this program. Each individual is given the option of working or going out to a community based senior activity. The program places emphasis on providing substantial choices for all participants.
